How does booking work, and how fast do you confirm?
Bookings can be made directly on flyyt.ch by selecting the date, service type, and vehicle. Online bookings are confirmed instantly once completed. For more complex requests, custom itineraries, or individual pricing, the Flyyt customer support team reviews the details and typically processes and confirms them within a few hours.
Can I book cross-border rides (Germany, France, Italy, Austria)?
Yes. Flyyt offers cross-border transfers and multi-city itineraries. Just share pickup/drop-off and any planned stops so we can confirm timing and pricing clearly. Especially for border routes and long-distance travels, we encourage you to contact us directly, so that we can offer you the best price and plan in advance.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, child seats are available on request. Please specify the child’s age/weight at booking so we prepare the correct seat.
How can I change the pickup time of a scheduled ride or cancel it?
Please contact us by phone +41 77 408 9006 or email info@flyyt.ch, to change your pickup time or route at least 5 hours before your ride. Cancellations are free up to 24 hours in advance. For later cancellations, fees may apply.
Can I add stops (coffee, meeting, quick errand) during the ride?
Yes. Flyyt services are designed to be flexible. You can add stops during your journey, whether for a coffee break, a short meeting, or a quick errand. Please let us know in advance when possible, or inform your chauffeur on the day so we can accommodate smoothly. For multiple or longer stops, we recommend booking our hourly or daily chauffeur service for maximum flexibility.
Will I get the exact car shown on the website?
The vehicles shown on our website are representative of each category. While we aim to provide the exact model displayed, availability or operational planning may occasionally require a change. In such cases, we will always inform you in advance and, whenever possible, offer an upgrade at no additional cost. Regardless of the model, you can expect the same high standards of comfort, safety, and service.
How long will the chauffeur wait if my flight is delayed or baggage takes time?
For airport pickups, Flyyt includes up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time after your flight has landed. We monitor your flight in real time, so your chauffeur adjusts automatically in case of delays. This allows you to clear immigration and collect your luggage without rushing. If you anticipate needing additional waiting time, simply let us know and we’ll coordinate accordingly.
Is the price fixed? What can change the final price?
Most rides are fixed upfront based on route, vehicle class, and timing. Price can change if you modify the itinerary after booking (extra off-route stops, overtime waiting, route changes, or last-minute changes). If anything affects prices (tolls, road fees) we will inform you beforehand.

Which payment options are available?
Payments can be made online at the time of booking by credit or debit card, or in person with the chauffeur using cash or card.
